Welcome to Wandsworth Storage. Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before utilizing our storage services. By accessing or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms, which are designed to ensure a safe and efficient storage experience for all parties involved.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Client" refers to any individual or entity that rents storage space from Wandsworth Storage.
- "Storage Unit" denotes the designated area leased by the Client for storage purposes.
- "Facility" means the Wandsworth Storage premises where the Storage Units are located.
2. Rental Agreement
When you rent a Storage Unit from Wandsworth Storage, you enter into a binding agreement subject to these terms. The agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities as a Client.
2.1. Lease Term
The standard lease term is monthly, commencing on the date your payment is received. The lease will automatically renew each month unless terminated according to the termination clause.
2.2. Payment Terms
Clients must pay the storage fees in full by the due date specified in their invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges, and failure to pay may result in the suspension of access to your Storage Unit.
3. Use of Storage Unit
Clients agree to use their Storage Unit solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods.

- Explosive materials
- Flammable liquids
- Illegal drugs
- Perishable food items
4. Access to Storage Unit
Clients are granted access to their Storage Units during the Facility's operating hours. Unauthorized access outside of these hours is prohibited and may result in penalties.
4.1. Security Measures
Wandsworth Storage employs various security measures, including surveillance cameras and secure access points, to protect your stored items. However, clients are advised to secure their belongings adequately.
5. Liability
Wandsworth Storage is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of stored items, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. Clients are encouraged to secure adequate insurance for their stored possessions.
6. Termination of Agreement
Clients may terminate their rental agreement by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Upon termination, clients must remove all items from their Storage Unit and settle any outstanding payments.
6.1. Eviction
Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions, including non-payment or storing prohibited items, may result in eviction without prior notice. Evicted clients will forfeit any rights to stored items and may be held responsible for any associated debt.
7. Amendments to Terms
Wandsworth Storage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the storage services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wandsworth Storage operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Wandsworth Storage regarding the use of storage services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
By renting a Storage Unit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
